Who is Wakelanders?
Wakelanders is a curated online retailer for coastal and Gulf boaters - Carolinas, Florida, and Texas first. We carry anchoring and docking gear, marine electronics, fishing tackle, watersports equipment, safety gear, and boat maintenance essentials.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free shipping on qualifying orders over $199 to addresses in the contiguous United States (the lower 48), subject to product and carrier eligibility at checkout. Oversized or freight items may not qualify even when the order total exceeds $199; any freight or special handling fees show before you complete purchase.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date for most products that are new, unused, and in original packaging. A valid RMA number is required for all returns.
To request an RMA, email hello@wakelanders.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We reply with an RMA and return instructions within 24 to 48 hours.
Defective items or our shipping errors: we cover return shipping after inspection. Non-defective returns: you cover return shipping, and a restocking fee may apply as stated in the Return Policy.

Why are some categories empty or marked coming soon?
Category structure is mapped across the shop so you can browse by use - anchoring, electronics, fishing, watersports, safety, clothing, maintenance, and related subcategories. Products are listed when we choose specialist makers for that category and can write a clear product page.
Empty shelves mean we have not added a line yet, not that we ran out of stock. We grow one well-chosen line at a time instead of filling the grid with filler.
Which brands do you carry?
We are selective. We work with specialist manufacturers, write plain-language specs, and buy direct when we can. We do not list everything that exists in marine retail, and we do not list Wakelanders inventory on Amazon or other marketplaces.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States to the contiguous lower 48. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions. Alaska and Hawaii orders may need a freight forwarder arrangement in the lower 48 - email us if that is your case.
